Frequently Asked Questions
“My tracking number says my package is delivered, but it isnt here!”
- Try contacting your local post office, as they most likely have the best idea where it is
- Wait a few days (the package may still be waiting at post office for delivery pick up)
- Check with members living in household in case they brought it in
- Make sure possible areas of property where mail could be placed is checked

All United States orders are shipped out with USPS first class mail or priority mail. International orders will be shipped out with USPS first class mail.
Please note that tracking information on international orders may be delayed or cease updating once it crosses the border.

“I need to change my address!”
Please contact me at taroteiiart@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the package has already shipped out, then address change is not possible.
Please note- if I already paid for the shipping label but have yet to ship out the package, I will ask for the shipping fee to be paid for again in order to buy the new shipping label. Otherwise, I will provide a refund for your order (excluding shipping fee and tax)

Return to sender orders
if the package was sent back due to issues on the customer’s part (unpaid customs fees, wrong address, etc.) you may choose from the following options:
- Repay the shipping fee and provide new address to ship to
- Be refunded for the cost of the order (minus the shipping fee and tax)

”Can I combine orders?”
Yes! Just be sure to let me know you would like to combine orders as soon as possible. This way, I can ensure I can still combine them. If I'm not notified soon enough, I might be unable to combine your orders.
Shipping will be partially refunded when combining orders :)

“How long until my order is shipped?”
Orders will take 1-5 business days to be packed and shipped, unless there are pre-order products included in the order.
Orders including pre-order products will be shipped out after the product arrives to me. For updates on pre-orders, I recommend following me on social media.
Please note I am a 1 woman team, so slight delays may happen! I will keep everyone updated through my social media.

Refund & Exchange policy
If your order arrives with defected or incorrect items, please contact me at taroteiiart@gmail.com with provided pictures and your order number within 30 days of delivery so I can help.
Order cancellation is accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
